MarvinLabs appoints Mark Bolton as Senior Strategic Advisors

Mark brings almost 30 years of executive level experience in banking and financial services in the US and Europe delivering business and digital transformation strategy. Recent experience includes leading strategic initiatives in AI, Digital Transformation, Cloud Transformation, Customer Experience (notably Gen Z), Process Mining and banking Risk and Regulatory Compliance.
Over his career, Mark has worked with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, Credit Suisse, HSBC, Citi and ABN-Amro and consulted to others while working for PWC, Accenture, Capgemini and Cognizant.
In HSBC's PCM SME Division, he drove a $600M increase in sales revenue by empowering relationship managers with enhanced tools and capabilities. While at Cognizant, Mark led the build of a US neo-bank across the full stack from Cloud to App.
Mark graduated from the Stanford Graduate Business School Digital Transformation program and holds an MA. He is based in the US, works coast- to-coast with leading banks, wealth and asset managers and is a regular speaker on AI strategy and risk management.
Alex is the co-founder and CEO of Marvin Labs. Prior to that, he spent five years in credit structuring and investments at Credit Suisse. He also spent six years as co-founder and CTO at TNX Logistics, which exited via a trade sale. In addition, Alex spent three years in special-situation investments at SIG-i Capital.
