James has spent ten years at HSBC, where he held the position of Global Head of Transactional Banking & Foreign Exchange. In this role, he spearheaded significant strategic initiatives in Wealth Management. Also, he played a part in driving the bank’s global transaction banking and foreign exchange trading operations to new heights. Beyond his contributions at HSBC, James was responsible for successfully launching two innovative neo-banks in the UK.
Dean has a 25-year track record in the financial services industry, showcasing a wealth of experience gained through senior positions at some of the sector’s most prestigious institutions. Dean’s expertise and leadership qualities at HSBC helped the bank navigate complex financial landscapes. His tenure at Deloitte includes a track record of delivering commercial results and business growth through strategic initiatives, sales leadership, and change programs.

Alex is the co-founder and CEO of Marvin Labs. Prior to that, he spent five years in credit structuring and investments at Credit Suisse. He also spent six years as co-founder and CTO at TNX Logistics, which exited via a trade sale. In addition, Alex spent three years in special-situation investments at SIG-i Capital.
