About the Company

MarvinLabs develops an AI-driven Investment Analysis Copilot focuses on helping analysts swiftly find all relevant information from financial text, audio, and video.

The Company was founded in 2023 by ex-investment banker and hedge fund analyst Alex Hoffmann and Stanford AI PhD Yugen Omer Korat. The founding team is supported by a strong team with experience at HSBC, Credit Suisse, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and other leading financial and technology firms.

Alex Hoffmann
Alex Hoffmann, Co-Founder and CEO
Alex is the co-founder and CEO of Marvin Labs. Prior to that, he spent five years in credit structuring and investments at Credit Suisse. He also spent six years as co-founder and CTO at TNX Logistics, which exited via a trade sale. In addition, Alex spent three years in special-situation investments at SIG-i Capital.
Yugen Omer Korat
Yugen Omer Korat, Co-Founder and CTO
Yugen is a co-founder and CTO of Marvin Labs. He was a postdoctoral researcher at Háskóli Íslands University, holds a PhD in Computational Linguistics from Stanford University, and MA and BA from Tel Aviv University.
Dean Rigby
Dean Rigby, Senior Strategic Advisor
Dean is a Senior Strategic Advisor to Marvin Labs. He is a 15-year veteran of the financial services industry, having held senior roles at HSBC and Deloitte, as well as co-founder of HAL Consulting.
James Yerkess
James Yerkess, Senior Strategic Advisor
James is a Senior Strategic Advisor to Marvin Labs. He spent 10 years at HSBC, most recently as Global Head of Transaction Banking & FX. He served as an executive member responsible for the launch of two UK neo banks.
Mark Bolton
Mark Bolton, Senior Strategic Advisor
Mark is a Senior Strategic Advisor to Marvin Labs. He brings almost 30 years of executive level experience in banking and financial services in the US and Europe delivering business and digital transformation strategy, having worked with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, Credit Suisse, HSBC, Citi and ABN-Amro.
